IWT has been specialising for 20 years in the design, manufacture and installation of washing and disinfection plants for the food and pharmaceutical sector.

Our site is located at Casale Litta in the province of Varese and covers a surface of 7500 m². 600 m² are devoted to exhibition area, where one can appreciate the quality and performance of our products and the multifunctional meeting room.

IWT products range go from the low productivity washing machine to robotized complex structures able to satisfy heavy-duty requirements on a 24h basis. To complete and integrate its washing machines range, IWT has developed a line of accessories for the logistics and integration of machines in the different production environments, a series of equipment for decontamination and cold sterilization and pneumatic transport systems.

As quality manufacturers, we know that the care for details is essential and good washing plants have advantages that can be appreciated over long years of service. IWT constantly drives its efforts to steadily improving its products both from the safety and the performance point of view.

The constant research and the development of new solutions, the design through advanced 3D CAD technologies, the use of high quality materials like stainless steel, technopolymers and elastomers with high-performance physiochemical features as well as the best components on the market, together with the use of advanced equipment for the machining of stainless steel, the certification of welding processes and the constant staff training make IWT a steadily evolving company. IWT washing plants distinguishes for their manufacture quality, panels, rounded corners, the care for assembly and finely polished welding: everything is studied to prevent dirt building.

 



IWT Customer's Care Service supplies a complete documentation for the correct servicing of installed plants. This includes installation drawings, wiring, pneumatic and process diagrams; use, maintenance and installation manuals, spare parts lists, yearly servicing contracts and washing and disinfection processes validation documents.

IWT has a simple rule to achieve its objective: maximize the 'clean' efficiency, minimizing management costs along with safeguarding the environment.

As further completion of the above, to better clarify the company philosophy, we will say that we have been working for several years in close cooperation with plastic materials manufacturers and with renown laboratories, thus achieving a huge experience that lead us to develop industrial plants suitable to handle the most different items as to their shape and materials, and even deeply dirty, without compromising the equipment lifetime.
